If you are an administrator you may need to approve bulletins and crawls submitted by other users. All of the bulletins and crawls that require approval are displayed on the Now Playing | Approve Bulletins and Now Playing | Approve Crawls screens.
If email has been configured for the AxisTV system you will be notified, as an administrator, of all bulletins and crawls that have been submitted that require your approval. Whenever you login to the system, the welcome page displays the number of bulletins and crawls that require your approval on each playlist and crawllist:
You can approve bulletins and crawls only for the playlists and crawllists you are allowed to access. The list contains all your playlists and crawllists.
If you wish to approve a bulletin or crawl click in the list of action buttons on the bulletin or crawl.
If you don't wish to approve the bulletin or crawl you can click to remove it from the schedule. This does not delete the bulletin or crawl, it simply removes it from the current playlist or crawllist.
