The Bulletins screen helps you manage bulletins that are playing on playlists. The options you have on this screen depend upon your privileges (as assigned by a system administrator). This screen is used by the menu options Now Playing | Bulletins and Now Playing | Approve Bulletins.

Each group of bulletins has several controls. The Same Schedule checkbox indicates if all the bulletins use the same play schedule (start/stop/etc.). Up and Down move the entire group. Add to Group adds selected bulletins. Ungroup Group breaks the group up into individual bulletins. Remove from Schedule removes the entire group from the playlist. | |
