Check System Errors

You can view the errors reported by all devices and services within the AxisTV system by using the System | Errors screen.  This screen is the single place where all devices report their errors to the primary AxisTV Content Server.

 

Once you navigate to the screen you see all errors reported by all devices, with the most current (and relevant) errors at the top of the list.

 

You can view the same information in a plain text format by clicking the link.  Once open you can view, save, print or e-mail the error report.

 

The list provides the name of all devices within the AxisTV installation.  You can view the errors for all devices.

 

The screen does not automatically refresh itself so you can click to make sure you are looking at the most current information available.

 

If you need to send system status and error information to TEi support, you can do so by clicking the button.  If AxisTV is not setup to send e-mail then you can click the link and either save the plain text file or use your browser to forward the file as an e-mail attachment to TEi support (support@techelec.com).
