The Crawllists section of the Content Settings screen allows you to configure the crawllists that users may choose from when scheduling crawls. A crawllist is assigned to one or more Display Servers for rendering on a display device. You can only add new crawllists if your current licensing supports it.

Every crawllist exists in all Play Modes. The system makes crawllists available on all modes automatically.

A crawllist is identified internally by its number. | |
|
|
|
|
Crawllists have names that you designate. You can change the crawllist name at any time. | |
|
|
|
|
The speed controls how fast the crawllist scrolls across the screen (from right to left or bottom to top). The speed value is 1 - 100, where 100 is the fastest and 1 is the slowest. The actual speed of a crawl will depend on the display hardware. | |

The background color of the crawl. You can change this at any time. | |

|
|
|
The font name and foreground color can be changed at any time. | |

|
The size of a crawllist font is selected in terms of the entire screen height. A value of 1 to 100 is supported, where 1 is 1% of the height of the screen and 100 is 100% of the height of the screen. | |

You can select from three (3) rendition characteristics for a crawllist. If none of these characteristics is chosen then a normal font is drawn. | |

After changing one or more attributes of a crawllist click Change to force an update. | |

After entering the information for a new crawllist click Add. |
