Crawllists

The Crawllists section of the Content Settings screen allows you to configure the crawllists that users may choose from when scheduling crawls.  A crawllist is assigned to one or more Display Servers for rendering on a display device.  You can only add new crawllists if your current licensing supports it.

Click the plus (+) button to expand the section.

Click the minus (-) button to collapse the section.

Every crawllist exists in all Play Modes.  The system makes crawllists available on all modes automatically.

A crawllist is identified internally by its number.

Crawllists have names that you designate. You can change the crawllist name at any time.

The speed controls how fast the crawllist scrolls across the screen (from right to left or bottom to top).  The speed value is 1 - 100, where 100 is the fastest and 1 is the slowest.  The actual speed of a crawl will depend on the display hardware.

The background color of the crawl.  You can change this at any time.

The font name and foreground color can be changed at any time.

The size of a crawllist font is selected in terms of the entire screen height.  A value of 1 to 100 is supported, where 1 is 1% of the height of the screen and 100 is 100% of the height of the screen.

You can select from three (3) rendition characteristics for a crawllist.  If none of these characteristics is chosen then a normal font is drawn.

After changing one or more attributes of a crawllist click Change to force an update.

After entering the information for a new crawllist click Add.
