The Crawls screen helps you manage crawls that are playing on crawllists. The options you have on this screen depend upon your privileges (as assigned by a system administrator). This screen is used by the menu options Now Playing | Crawls and Now Playing | Approve Crawls.

The crawllist you view is controlled by your selection of Crawllist. If you have the privileges you can view alert mode crawllists and modify them. | |

You can filter the list based on general time measurements or by approval status. | |

If you have approve privilege then all crawls that require approval will have an Approve button. If you do not wish to approve the crawl you can Remove from Schedule. | |

Each crawl has several controls. Edit Crawl allows you to edit the crawl text (if privileged). Up and Down move the crawl in the list. Remove from Schedule removes the crawl from the crawllist. | |

The play schedule is displayed for informational purposes. | |

|
|
|
You can edit the play schedule for a crawl if you have the privilege. | |
