My Bulletins

The My Bulletins screen helps you manage all of the bulletins you (and others) create.  The options you have on this screen depend upon your privileges (as assigned by a system administrator) and the folders you view.  The screen is divided into two main sections: Folders and Bulletins.  Folders in the folders section group bulletins.  The bulletins section shows bulletins that are NOT grouped into folders.

You can view the bulletins in folders that belong to you, others or Everyone (Shared Folders).  This capability is constrained by the privileges granted you by the administrator.

You will be given the option to create folders based on your privileges and the folder selection you make.

The icon for your folders depends upon whether you are viewing its contents.  An open folder means you are seeing the bulletins inside the folder while a closed folder means the bulletins are NOT being displayed.

Every folder that you have access to has a set of control buttons.  You can add bulletins to the folder, empty it, remove the folder from the system (this doesn't delete the bulletins), or schedule the entire folder as a group of bulletins.

You can view the bulletins that are NOT filed in a folder in the bottom half of the screen.  You can choose to view your bulletins or someone else's bulletins, based on your privileges.

If you have sufficient privilege you can edit an existing bulletin, regardless of whether it is filed in a folder.

If you have sufficient privilege you can remove a bulletin from a folder.  This does NOT delete the bulletin from the system.

If you have sufficient privilege you can delete a bulletin from the system.  Note that even if you have enough privileges this button will NOT appear if the bulletin is on a playlist.  You have to remove a bulletin from all playlists before you can delete it.

All existing bulletins can be scheduled as many times as you wish on as many playlists as you wish.

You can add as many bulletins as you wish at once to a folder by checking the Select box on each bulletin before clicking Add to Folder.

Every bulletin will display this note if it currently appears on a playlist.  When you see this note you will NOT be given the Delete Bulletin button.
