The Playlists section of the Content Settings screen allows you to configure the playlists that users may choose from when scheduling bulletins. A playlist is assigned to one or more Display Servers for rendering on a display device. You can only add new playlists if your current licensing supports it.

Every playlist exists in all Play Modes. The system makes playlists available on all modes automatically. | |

A playlist is identified internally by its number. | |
|
|
|
|
Playlists have names that you designate. You can change the playlist name at any time. | |
|
|
|
|
You have direct control over which playlists are displayed on the public web site. You are free to change the designation at any time. | |
|

|
After changing an attribute of a playlist click Change to force an update. | |
|
|
|
|
After entering the information for a new playlist click Add. |
