The Schedule Crawl screen allows you to schedule a crawl onto one or more crawllists. The options you are given on this screen depends upon your privileges, as established by the system administrator.

The first step is scheduling a crawl is to pick at least one crawllist from the list.
You can pick Alert mode OR non-Alert mode but not both.
Alert mode will only be given as an option IF you have the privileges for managing alerts. | |

The text of the crawl is displayed so that you know you are scheduling the correct crawl. |

You can choose to start showing the crawl Today for a specific amount of time OR you can choose a start and end date and time. Normally the start and stop dates and times are figured for each display, but if you check Override Local Time Zones then only the central AxisTV server's time will be used. | |

If you do not wish to schedule the crawl at this time you can click Cancel. The crawl is already saved and is available via My Crawls. If you do want to schedule the crawl given your settings then click Finished. |
