You can always view the bulletins currently scheduled on a playlist by using the Now Playing | Bulletins screen. This screen will show you all the bulletins scheduled but will limit the actions you can take on the bulletins based on your privileges.
The primary action you must take when viewing current playlists is to pick the playlist you want to view, using . When you first enter this screen after logging in, the default playlist is selected. The screen remembers the last playlist you select as long as you're logged in.
