The list of suggestions is automatically populated for each word. If you want to take a suggestion, use your mouse to highlight ONE suggestion.

If the word is an abbreviation or any other term that you wish to just ignore, click the Ignore button and the spell check will move on without changing the word.

Everyone has a personal dictionary, but only administrators with the correct privilege have access to the global dictionary. You can add organization-wide terms to the global dictionary. Once the add is performed (to either dictionary) the spell check proceeds to the next misspelled word.

You can change the text without adding it to the global or personal dictionary.
