You can create a graphic or movie bulletin by uploading the file using the Graphic/Video screen. This screen is available from the Bulletins menu.
The general steps to follow are:
Name the bulletin. This name will appear in the Now Playing | Bulletins screen and the My Bulletins screen. A name makes it easier to find later.
Choose the appropriate aspect ratio. The "appropriate" aspect ratio most closely matches the video or graphic file you're going to upload. Most graphic and video files will be Normal (4:3).
Use your browser to find the graphic or movie file.
Click to immediately upload the file.
Add more bulletins using the button if you have several graphic or movie files to upload. Each file becomes a separate bulletin.
Save the bulletins and move onto scheduling using the button.
If you have the privilege, the next screen you will see is the Schedule Bulletin screen. If you click in the Schedule Bulletin screen, then the bulletins you've just created are available in My Bulletins.
The first decision to make when scheduling the bulletins is which playlists. You can choose any from the list of available playlists but must choose the same mode, such as Normal or Alert. You cannot mix modes in one submission.
Choose the Show schedule. This determines the start and stop date and time of the bulletins.
Choose the Display schedule. This determines the start and stop times of the bulletins within each day.
Choose a pace for the bulletins. Automatic doesn't mean anything for a graphic bulletin. You should specify the number of seconds explicitly. Movies ignore this settings completely.
Submit the bulletins to the playlists by clicking .
